Coal Train Blocked in White Rock

You can read Carrie Saxifrage's fine account in the Vancouver Observer of the action on Warren Buffet's coal train, bringing coal from Montana for export to Asia via the Westhore Terminals. Congratulations to those who took part, including Watershed Sentinel volunteers, as well as Will Horter of the Dogwood Institute, Mark Jaccard from SFU, and Peter Nix, Cowichan Carbon Buster.
